Check out Microsoft Edge's Read Aloud feature

Microsoft Edge's browser allows the user to have the screen read aloud.

• Make sure to select the three dots (setting and more - upper right)
• Choose Read Aloud
• Use your mouse to choose where you want the feature to begin
• In the upper right you will see voice settings
• You can adjust the speed as well as the voice
• One more item to point out is the ability to pause the feature as well as go to the previous paragraph as well as the next paragraph
