Flash in Google Chrome not supported after 2020

On Google's homepage today there is a notification that Adobe announce that it plans to no longer support Flash at the end of 2020.

What does that mean for you and me? Basically new web technologies are faster and more efficient than Flash (plus more secure for shopping and sensitive documents). For sites that still use Flash they will still run until the end of 2020 ( hopefully the site will migrate to these new "open web technologies"). In the mean time we will not see much change, if any at all.

Click here for Google's Saying goodbye to Flash in Chrome.

Take care,
Brad
