How to embed a Twitter feed directly into a Google Site. August 2019

Today a colleague asked about embedding his Twitter feed directly into his Google Site. Well, the previous way (using a widget) just is not available anymore.

The solution though is quite easy:

• find the profile you would like to embed - example: https://twitter.com/bradjdale
• copy that URL and then open up https://publish.twitter.com/# and paste the URL
• choose embedded timeline
• copy the code
• go into your Google site and select embed
• choose embed code and paste in the code you copied
