Book Explorer. A student chat experience for the book of your choice in SchoolAI

 In SchoolAI there is a great feature that allows your students to have a book chat about the book of your choice.

When you enter in the site, make sure to select Discover and then scroll all the way down the page until you see Book Explorer.

Once selected you will then be presented with what you see below.

I created a book discussion revolving around the book The One and Only Ivan. I did add under the custom instructions that I would like the AI to act as Ivan in a text-based RPG based on the book. I also added in the class description that this was a 4th grade classroom.

In the video below I show the entire chat. Included are times I asked for clarification of a word, I asked to present the question in multiple choice, etc.

This is an amazing way for students to have a meaningful and focused book talk.
