Highlight text and have this extension read it for you

The extension Speak Text is a nice extension that will allow the user to highlight material from a website, right-click, and the selected text will be read out loud.

If you want the extension to stop reading - make sure you click out of the highlighted material and give it about 5-10 seconds.
