How to easily search within your Outlook emails

If you are interested in searching within Outlook to find specific emails from senders, it can sometimes prove to be time consuming.

A little trick is to select the icon you see below and type in from and choose sender. You will then be able to type in their name and search for emails from that particular sender.

You can also use:
From: — Search sender names and addresses.
To: — Search recipient names and addresses.
Subject: — Search subject lines and display emails that contain the specified words.
OR — Search messages with subjects that contain one word or another.
