Expeditions is an amazing (and free) virtual and augmented reality app with the ability to take your classes to far away places and look into what organs look like. If you do not access to tablets or phones, Expeditions is one thing that falls by the wayside.
Google announced at the ISTE conference in Philadelphia, they will be adding support for use of Google Expeditions on Chromebooks and Chrome OS tablets.
Unfortunately, not all Chromebooks and OS tablets will be compatible - click here for the technical requirements.
The Chromebook Tab 10 and the ASUS Chromebook Tablet CT100 are the only two devices that fully support AR and VR Expeditions at the moment.
Later in the summer the list of supported devices will expand, so check back!
Take care,
Brad
