ChatGPT now does not require a user to log-in plus how to toggle off Training Mode.

 OpenAI (the company behind ChatGPT) now allows for everyone to expreience AI without the need to sign in (just know your chat history will not be available).

Also, if you select the ? in the bottom right of the screen you will then see options. If you slect the settings gear, you can then toggle off the ability to toggle off Training Mode.
