Mathlearningcenter's number chart is a very helpful site for teaching place value using a grid with fractions, decimals, patterns, or whole numbers.
If you look at the bottom of the site you will see a setup that allows you to setup your grid the way you would like it.
On the left side you will see options for stamping, stamping every..., erasing a number, etc.
You also have choral counting which you can let auto play or move ahead at your pace.
You of course have the ability to share the screen with others as well as play some games.
