How to quickly delete your deleted emails in Outlook

Today I was working with some teachers and they were talking about how much time it took to delete all their deleted emails in Outlook. They would delete a few at a time and come back to it at a later time. Once they saw that they could right click on their delete emails and choose Empty Folder - they could not stop smiling!
