On an iPhone - how to have a conference call (add call or merge)

If you use an iPhone and want to have a conversation with 2 people try the following.

To add a caller to your conversation simply

• select add call
• to add the caller (the other person will be placed on hold until you connect).

To add a caller when you are already on the phone and they are calling you...

• select Hold and Accept (bottom right of the first picture below)
• merge calls (bottom left of 2nd picture)
