Change text wrapping to "In front of text" or Behind text" in Google Docs

In the past when you added pictures to a Google Doc you had to be creative to have the text "appear" to be in front of the image. Well now you officially can change the text wrapping of an image to "In front of text" or "Behind text" to layer images above and underneath text in Docs.
