Facebook

1. Bottom right select the three lines
2. Scroll to settings gear and then select account settings
3. Select Videos and Photos
4. Select Autoplay and make your selection

Twitter

1. Select your profile picture (upper left)
2. Select Settings and privacy
3. Under General select Data Usage
4. Select Video Autoplay and make your selection
