Insert an image in Google Slides as a shape

If you (or your students) would like to add an image in Google Slides as a shape, follow these steps:

1. insert the image

2. select the image in Slides

3. go the the crop icon and select the mask image to the right of it (look like a tiny triangle)

4. then select your shape
