How to print a Google Doc with comments included.

If you use Google Docs and would like to print out the comments that exist on the document try the following steps.

Make sure to go to file,

• choose Download
• make sure to download as a Microsoft Doc (make sure to know where you doc saved - in my case it is the desktop)
• open the file and then choose to print.
• You will now see the document as well as the comments. ** If you use OpenOffice Write, be sure to choose that program from the “Open With” menu.
