The solution - select F11 and you will exit full-screen.
Knowing this - if you ever want to go full-screen just select F11 as well.

Want to go fullscreen - or go out of fullscreen on your computer?
A number of times recently, friends of mine have contacted me stating their Windows based computer is full-screen and they can not access their tabs, bookmarks, etc.
The solution - select F11 and you will exit full-screen.
Knowing this - if you ever want to go full-screen just select F11 as well.
